5. The items.
He picked up 27 items in the top image, including gold, food, an axe, hammer, baseball bat, pipe, fire extinguisher (-that sprays fire?) shuriken, rock, grenades, and knives. The bottom image shows the Punisher encountering a diamong ring, lance, piece of cheese, an entire pizza, and a lance on the ground, waiting for him to either eat or attack with.
4. Collateral damage
You can definitely punch a car until it explodes, leaving a charred skeleton behind. ...A charred skeleton that, for all we know, was just someone sitting in a parked car and not a criminal at all.
3. Spelling and grammar

2. Gritty realism He definitely infiltrates the compound of a mobster by swimming up through the swimming pool drain!
1. The final cut Frank has some kind words for Kingpin, beats him up, throws a grenade on his body, then jumps out a window with Nick Fury. We see a tasteful pre-9/11 animation sequence of Fisk's skyscraper collapsing in the NYC skyline. Then we get this choice "The end: Or is it" screen:
It is a glorious artifact of 1993. And while it may not be very faithful to Punisher comics, it seemed pretty faithful to the spirit of hot-selling comics of its time. -Also, if Michael Bay ever makes a Punisher movie, it will use this for inspiration. I'll take any nerd bet odds on that!
Youtuber Maximillion Dood, recently did a play through of this, and reminded me of the awesomeness of this game. My favorite is the random "battle cries" that Frank and/or Nick Fury makes when they hit their specials. It literally sounds like "AwRaoo!" But yeah, here's the link to Max's play through, worth checking out for the running commentary alone:
