I feel like I never get to talk about video games any more and I need my fix!
I took a long break from Mass Effect Andromeda to play through a bunch of the Telltale games - Guardians of the Galaxy, Batman, Walking Dead (Season One and Michonne, just starting Season Two), Mafia III, Ori and the Blind Forest, the Destiny 2 beta, finally finished Batman Arkham Knight (sort of - a stupid glitch won't let me trigger the final cut scene without finding EVERY Riddler trophy/riddle), and now I've come back around to Mass Effect, all while peppering in the occasional game of Overwatch.
So...What's everybody playing and what do you think of it?

Currently playing Batman: Arkham Knight. I know I'm a couple years late to the party, but I love this series of games and I picked it up on the recent Xbox sale. I'm barely a couple hours into it, but I'm totally engrossed.
I'd like to play Overwatch, but it's still too expensive. And I'm interested in Destiny 2. Liked the first one a lot, but I kind of fell off playing it after awhile.

SPOILER-FREE BATMAN SUGGESTION: If you're like me and you plan on finishing all of the side-missions except the ridiculous Riddler trophies/riddles (there's like 400 of the damn things!), leave at least one mission (finding all the mines for example) unfinished before heading into the final battle. You'll have a chance to finish it before triggering the last cutscene. If you head into the finale with everything but the Riddler stuff complete, there's a glitch in the game that prevents you from triggering that last cutscene and truly ending it.
I petered out on Destiny 1 after a few hours because I felt like the story was kinda meh and there wasn't enough for a solo player like myself (I heard they added a bunch of content later though). I played the single-player mission in the Destiny 2 beta the other night and had a blast! The story was very engaging.

I am currently playing Yu-Gi-Oh! Duel Links which is what I call a 'Yugi-lite' game, but it's pretty fun and since the death of the DS games it's really the only way to duel virtually. I've been messing around with doing some drunken let plays on my Youtube channel if anyone wants to check it out... www.youtube.com/channel/UCKzWKKtVEmm8TiK2CYnPOoQ

Overwatch is the hotness and worth every penny! In the last week all I've been playing non-stop is Shovel Knight, it's such a fun game. Also Tomba!, if you guys never played it you missed out on a great PSX game that you can play on vita or PS3.

I don't have time to play (XBox One) that often but I got INJUSTICE 2 for Father's Day and it's pretty cool. It's effing hard, though. I love the characters in it. I have only done about two hours of solo game play. I need to get into the ARKHAM games at some point. Other than that, I have no idea what is good anymore.
Oh oh, I am itching to get KINGDOM HEARTS III when it comes out. My wife and I ground the previous two down for months a piece.

My Xbox gamertag is snakeheadfish - if you ever need another friend. We can hold hands.
I've been playong Assassin's Creed Syndicate for over a year now. I love it so much it's now my #2 fave in the series. Been doing everything in the core game and just got 100% completion a couple weeks back. Now, I'm running through the Jack the Ripper DLC and digging it.
UPDATE: If you have any love for Castlevania at all, drop what you're doing and buy Chasm. It's a Metroid/Symphony of the Night style game where you explore a huge map and find artifacts that allow you to access new areas. It randomly generates dungeons for each player, but you can share your level with friends so they can experience it, or you can recreate a map you loved, follow along with a streamer, etc. The action is so smooth and the way you interact with the world and you inventory menu is so intuitive. TWO THUMBS WAY UP!
