On the show this week Joe and I discuss the forthcoming Inhumans TV show. We all know that there's some comic book ideas that are just too ridiculos for the masses. The Eternals, the New Gods, the Newsboy Legion, hell the Legion of Superheroes while we calling them out. All of which are beloved comic properties but try to explain any of them to anyone out side of comic-dom and watch their eyes roll back in their heads. So lay it on us, are the Inhumans ready for the big time? Are they just too weird for the masses? And do you care about them at all anymore?

Like everything in the MCU I am going to remain hopeful until I see otherwise. I personally enjoy AOS and I think those of us that do have even higher hopes. I've 'heard' that it won't tie into AOS which would be complete bull shi+. I see this as a way they could bring the movies and the TV sides closer together. joepatrick questioned the logistics of having the bonus stuff on the show as opposed to the iMax. I see it like this: The movie fans will see it in the theater. Showing it again on TV with extras will draw those that liked the movie to watch and potentially stick with the series. Whereas if they did it the other way and tried to force TV fans to the theater to catch the extras they'll just piss people off and drive them away.
As someone that enjoys the TV Inhumans I am glad this schedule jump UP is happening. After being pushed back by the others like Homecoming (which I get. Hey, it's Spidy.) I didn't want to wait another 3 years for the movie. I just really hope this doesn't go the way of Bobbie and Hunter.
