So I'm watching Timeless, and it feels exactly like Stargate SG-1 but with time travel. It also has parts of Quantum Leap and Sliders. It's a cast of three but they all bring their own flare to the show.
It seems like the show centers around this company that created the time machine. The show gets a bit sci-fi which I find refreshing in an age of nostalgia and seriousness.
It's fun and mysterious. It's more realistic and very smart for a broadcast T.V.show. So far they've tried to capture the mannerisms of each time period. While watching this show I kept thinking, "there is no fate but what you make". Have you been watching?
I watched the first episode and I liked it a lot. I definitely got the Quantum Leap feel. There is also a show that I cannot remember the name where a guy travels through time with a magic (science?) pocket watch that this also reminded me of. I'll be sticking with it.

I watched Timeless also and enjoyed it. But then I like time-travel in general. I do wonder how long they can keep this going (same doubts I have with Legends of Tomorrow) You can only go back to certain ages a number of times before it all looks the same. Timeless uses known points in history though, which helps. Also it looks pretty good, production value wise. Oh and I love the whole consequences of time-travel subplot that's brewing in the back ground.
