1. Just read "X-Men: Grand Design", the best index/summary of any Comic Franchise yet! What title would pick for the "Grand Design" Treatment, and what INDEPENDENT creator(s) would you choose? (EXAM: "Alpha Flight" by Jeff Lemire, or "Suicide Squad" by Michel Fiffe) It doesn't have be a Marvel Title, just gimme those "Designs"!
2. Fight! Fight! Fight! I LOVE when Heroes fight each other, so it's Superhero Deathmatch Time! What comic/cartoon characters (that have NEVER squared off) should go "Mano Y Mano"? Personally, I want Conan to kick the Demon-Dog $#!+ out of Thundarr!
3. I haven't been to a Con in almost 10 years, and with the extensive coverage (websites/podcasts/youtube video) I'm pressed for reasons to attend. Is it just me? Am I missing out? What Cons would you say are a "Must Go"?

Real-life cameos: What's your favorite time a real-life person appeared in one of your favorite fictional comics. Barack Obama on the cover of Spider-man? Muhammad Ali punching the crap out of Superman? Who is your favorite actual flesh-and-blood personality who appeared in the pages of a comic book?
I'm reading "War of the Realms" and (thanks to Thor:Ragnarok no doubt) "Immigrant Song" is blaring from the transmitter embedded in the base of my skull! To test a theory, began rereading Watchmen (haven't seen the show) and heard "Unforgettable" by Nat King Cole and Immortal Hulk gives me Kermit D. Frog performing his most haunting, "It's not easy being green".
Is this just me? What song/music plays when you read a particular character?

I just want to say that you guys are KILLING IT with the questions. I don't think there's a dud in the bunch! Your question about valuable comics will be up next after Matt's worst Avenger question, cmonkey!
Which (one) fictional character/group would you drop into the Marvel or DC universes?
For instance, would you put the Archie gang in Smallville, growing up with a young Clark Kent? Perhaps Buffy Summers and the Scoobies in the 616 Proper? Maybe the entire cast of "My Hero Academia" bursts into the DC Universe?
I think you get it, hit me back nerds, or the questions keep coming....
Have you ever been asked "what is you favorite fictional character appearance in a videogame?" and/or, "What character would you like to see in an existing/coming videogame?"
Since playing as Darth Vader and Master Yoda in Soul Caliber IV (XBox 360) MY soul has yearned for a full Jedi Vs Sith skinned fighting game from Namco. I'd trade legal tender for an "Outsiders" DLC for the Batman Arkham games with playable Black Lighting, Katana, Red Arrow and Creeper.
Maybe Atticus Finch in the next Phoenix Wright game? Aliens in Call of Duty? I'll let you guys answer now.

I'm embarrassed that it's been years since I made a suggestion, so here's one...
Recently I watched Disney's The Black Hole, which was not a good movie. But I was kind of thrilled to finally cross it off my to-be-watched list, where it was since the movie came out in 1979 (yeah I'm old). What is a book, TV show, movie or whatever you'd been meaning to watch and then finally watched after years of thinking about it? And what was your reaction to finally taking in that bit of entertainment?

My university just cancelled all in person classes for the semester, cons are getting cancelled everywhere, and Broadway just got shut down. So in honor of the current pandemic, what is your favorite fictional disease?

Hello dear nerds.
I have important questions that demand answers.
- What is your favorite Shadowpact story (i don't really care i just wish you would say nice things about my favorite team)
-Do you think, being a villain or hero can depend on your type of power. I mean, it's pretty easy to be a hero if you are superman, don't risk much. But, if you are just able to walk through a wall, aren't you determined to be a robber?
-Is there any comics occuring on a not anglo saxon country, which is not cliché (guess what, France is not circumsiced to the Eifell Tower)
-Can you explain to me how black panther is not consider the most racist shiz in comics. 1- Having a black american writting it doesn't change much. Afro-american are not africans by any standards, evey african that i know consider them as white.
2- Marvel is pretty much our world isn't it? So Wakanda being that much of perfect, why does they focus so often (not always o know) on fighting crime everywhere else than in africa. There are lot of works to do, and not much heroes who care.
3 - Wakanda is very advance, technologicaly speaking. How many times they say they are clever and so on. If you follow this reasonning,is technology is the measurement of intelligence, africans are dumb, considering they have been technogicaly behind since at least the 10h century (globally speaking, of course the technology level has not been the same everywhere on the continent)
I have lived in few african countries, mostly in rural areas. And i couldn't hate anyone more than these americans who pretend to speak for their "brothers" just because they share the same colour.

On the same subject, i read one of the autobiography of Obama. At one point he went to Kenya for the first time and realised he wasnt african at all.
-What do youn think of heroes interference in countries internal affairs.? I have read many comics where heroes argue between themselves. "Yes we must do something because this is horrible". "No we must not because it's not our country". But at the end, the dictator give them a pretext to intervene, so the reflexion is not pushed at his limit.
-Do you think the point view of aliens towards earth, is a metaphor or the point of view of americans (at least americans heroes, don't know in rel life) towards the rest of the world. What i mean is, most of the time, aliens think we are a dumb planet full of dumb people, so they should take charge of us and not let us have ny word in the matter. And then, an american team of heroes come (sometimes there are even a non american but culturally absolutely american) and say, "We speak in the name of the entire planet even if we havent any legitimacy and i tell you we can take care of ourself"
It may be more a "ask a nerd question": - What's the eff with religion in comics? In DC, considering Zauriel and other angels, we could understand that the true religion is catholicism, or christianity (because others don't picture angels like that, or picture them at all). So, how is that there are still other religions. When you are Hindu and you see Zauriel, don't you think "shiz i was in the wrong team". And dont start with the new gods !
-In Marvel, that's worse. You have so many gods figures, of can there still be monotheists ? "Yes i truly think there is a god who can punch Thor in the face", like it's clearly written in the Bible
With Cons canceled for the year, one major thing we lose out on is finding artists to commisson. While most of us do not have the extra money to shill out to names working at Marvel, DC, and Image, there are still plenty of artists out there. How do you go about finding artists for commissions during this time? Or I think we discussed in the past, but what are some of your favorite commissions you had done? I still cannot believe I have a Moon Knight from David LaFuente I got while he was at a local con here.
