I want to judge a film based on its individual merit, but I've now been disappointed by 3 DC film offerings (4 if you count Green Lantern). I'm sitting this one out unless I hear from the nerd community that it's amazing.

Going tomorrow and, honestly, I'm worried. I'm scarred I'm walking into this film with such a negative opinion of the DC cinematic U that I might not be able to enjoy Wonder Woman for reasons of proximity.

I saw it today. I really liked it. It's got some amazing action and Gadot nails the character. I had tears in my eyes through the entire "no man's land" scene. WWI was the perfect setting to show the failures of Man. I had some minor issues bet I am THRILLED that it exists. I can't wait until my daughter is old enough to see it.
I didn't like this movie at all. I thought it was boring and I felt nothing. I take that back. Chris pine dying was the only part that gave me emotions.
I really wanted to like it. I thought Gal Gadot only brought the look of wonder woman to the film. I felt as if I was watching an eps of law and order and I knew who the bad guy waa a soon as they appeared on the screen.
Where man of steel disappointed me and bvs made me hate the idea of superman and Batman ever being in a film together. Then suicide squad made me wonder if dc could maybe have an idea of movie making. Wonder Woman bored me nearly to death.
I wanted passion, heart and a sense of excitement that none of the DCEU movies have delivered. What I received was a lesson of how humans/men are cruel but not really.
